THERE'S NO STOPPING THEM The small town of Messimy in the Rhone Alpes has recently been experiencing a spate of thefts of construction plant from road works in the area. After the latest theft of a set of temporary traffic lights, an officer of the local Gendarmerie was quoted as saying; "It appears these thieves will stop at nothing!"
